A recent report from MyFitnessPal (which is also my fav fitness app!) show that green juices are out, chia is less popular and there are 5 rising stars including protein pancakes, power muffins, frittatas and of course the top two stars we mentioned above!

Weekday V.S. Weekend Breakfast Favs
Foods that spike in interest on weekdays are usually either quick and easy to make (fritatas), drink (green smoothies) or are prepared the night before such as overnight oats.
It's easy to undersand that on the weekends, we tend to gravitate to foods that take more time to prepare such as a pancakes. I found it interesting to see that avacado toast and smoothies are still popular during the weekend and not as popular during the week.
