The inflatable neck pillow gave a lot more support and held its shape much better than my former inflatable travel pillow (which shall remain nameless). I also liked the soft material and the pouch which allows you to neatly and compactly store the deflated pillow for next time.  I'm also a fan of eye masks in general since I tend to take a lot of long haul flights and often take red eyes.
